TASK 3 : EXPLORING YOUR SENSES

WHAT CAN YOU SEE?
WHAT CAN YOU HEAR?
WHAT CAN YOU FEEL?
WHAT CAN YOU SMELL?
I saw a lot of books arranged in the racks. There were thick, thin, new and also old books and also little number of people walking around and searching for books.
I could hear the sound of working air conditioner and people footsteps walking around the library, stepping on the stairs.
I can feel the peace of seeking knowledge. I also feel motivated when sitting here in library.
I could smell the smells of old books, and musty smells of the carpets.

Dear Nur Affia,

Hello!! It is September, 2012 when I wrote this letter. I put it in you blog so that you’ll always read it – perhaps you need some inspiration to survive as University student. I made it especially for you as I’m expecting the greatest successful from you – each and every second.  Never stop asking good things for you, dear.  I’m pretty sure that you are smiling while reading this letter as it reminds you that you’re only 20 when you write this. It’s been too long. Having great changes, huh?
SO NOW; GIVE THANKS TO ALLAH FOR GIVING YOU CHANCE TO LEARN MORE AND MORE ..
It was only little number of days you are here in University Malaysia Sabah as a first year student, and I do really understand; it’s not that easy to escape from having rough time right? Having lectures, classes all day long, and even running out of money are things that you have to face most of the times. But I do hope that you are always there on the top to face all those difficulties in order to be a matured one.
First thing first is that want to remind you – every time you read this, not to forget to appreciate those who always support you. Please do remember your mum, dad, siblings, teachers, relatives and your friends that never stopped help you to build up your confidence, guide you to set your goals, and always there for you every time you need them.
Here in campus, you are actually about to learn life lessons together with all the subjects that you have to sit for the exams. Never take for granted about that.
I just wanted to write more but maybe next time. Yeah! I’m going write to you more after this. Last but not least, another thing – most important, I guess. Do not forget to perform your prayers.
p/s : do not forget to call your parents, as much as you can. Tell them that you really appreciate and love them!
